Founder & Experience Creator
Anthony Luciani is a Norwalk entrepreneur and hospitality professional best known as the owner of Mr. Frosty's Ice Cream Shop, SeaSide Sliders Catering, and now Luca's Beach Kitchen & Bar. Over the past decade, he has built a reputation for creating memorable experiences centered around great food, genuine hospitality, and bringing people together.
From serving award-winning ice cream and catering weddings, corporate events, and celebrations throughout Connecticut, to reimagining the beach dining experience at Calf Pasture Beach, Anthony's vision has always been the same: create places and experiences that people look forward to returning to.

As Owner and Operations Director of CP Beach Hospitality Group, Rosa Luciani oversees the operations and guest experience across the company's growing family of brands, including Luca's Beach Kitchen & Bar, Mr. Frosty's Ice Cream Shop, and SeaSide Sliders Catering. Her leadership, organization, and commitment to hospitality help ensure that every guest interaction reflects the values on which the company was built.
Working closely with the management teams across all three businesses, Rosa plays a vital role in everything from daily operations and team development to event execution and long-term planning. Her attention to detail and passion for creating memorable experiences have helped transform local businesses into beloved destinations for families, beachgoers, and event guests throughout Connecticut.
Whether welcoming guests to the beach, helping coordinate a wedding celebration, or serving families at Mr. Frosty's, Rosa believes great hospitality is about making people feel genuinely cared for. Her goal is simple: create experiences that bring people together and keep them coming back for years to come.
